flat rates + budgets are considered
examples of tattoos + the amount of time they took can be found here
whatever price within the sliding scale range you choose is acceptable for me
I do not include prep and placement in the hourly rate - tips are appreciated ☺ I will always take as much time with you as you need for the size and placement of your tattoo to feel right ☺
I do what I can to offer flexible pricing for trans people, BIPOC, and SWers who need financial relief to afford a tattoo - before filling out my booking form message me below with what you want + your budget ♡Ⓐ♡
deposits
For flash, a $50 deposit is needed to secure your appointment
For custom pieces where I’ll be making a drawing for you, a $100 drawing fee is needed to secure your appointment
I do not reserve any dates until I receive a deposit
Deposits are non-refundable!!! If you have to reschedule your deposit is good for one reschedule before I’ll ask for another one.
flash
I repeat flash - flash can be found here
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment - it is nonrefundable and goes towards the total cost of your tattoo
If you want a flash piece but don’t want it repeated I charge a “custom fee” ($50-$100 depending on complexity) and it can be yours only
customs
I charge a $50-$100 drawing fee for customs, depending on the complexity of your stencil
Even for custom tattoo of photographs and pre-made designs, it takes time to make them into a stencil. For custom drawings, I can take anywhere between 3-10 hours to make your drawing, so I charge $100 to make your drawing. The drawing fee does not go towards the total of your tattoo, it’s an additional fee.
Your drawing fee covers the initial drawing, one redraw and up to two edits if you want me to make changes. When giving me direction and feedback about what you want your custom tattoo to look like, please be as detailed as possible early in the process. Tell me exactly what you like about an image and send me reference photos/crude drawings if they will help you get your vision across.
more about handpoke / stick n’ poke tattoo
Stick n poke or handpoke tattoos are applied with a needle held in the hand rather than in a machine
I have been poking for 11+ years
Handpoke tattoos can have a beautiful grainy quality or they can look solid like a machine tattoo
One of the benefits of handpoke is that it causes much less trauma to the skin than machine tattoos, so they heal easier and faster. Because they are applied one dot at a time, they also tend to take much longer than machine tattoos. The pain of my stick n’ pokes is more gentle than the sharpness of a machine tattoo - I have been told I have a very light touch. Sitting for long sessions to get a stick n poke can make some people restless or uncomfortable.
large handpoke tattoos can and often do take multiple sessions ☺ I prefer to break up big tattoos into 4-5 hour segments until we finish.
machine tattoos
I’m self taught with a couple years of experience. I still consider myself an apprentice - I think I’m pretty good but book machine at your own risk. Touch ups for machine tats are free for now ♥
clients with dark skin
I have experience tattooing dark skin and I won’t fuck you up ☺ I understand how to use contrast / color theory to make designs specific to your complexion - I’m always down to do color patch tests + consult with you before booking
